With over 15 years professional landscape architecture experience, I know the value of carefully listening to your priorities, goals and aspirations. A great design is the result of blending natural and built environments with your own personal flair. Our specialty is individualized solutions for your project.

Work history includes residential, commercial, multi-use, and master-planned communities throughout southern Arizona. I have experience collaborating with home owners, custom home designers, engineers, general contractors, and city/county officials. We have prepared landscape design packages for multi-faceted projects: new construction, remodels, site planning, native plant preservation, slope stabilization, site restoration, and planting design. Local experience is complimented with work in Denver, New York and Pennsylvania.

I earned my Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arizona in 1989, with a minor in urban planning and natural resources. Continued education includes green infrastructure; water harvesting, grey water, permaculture, and passive solar; community planning; livable streets, walkable neighborhoods, safe pedestrian and auto circulation; and work with neighborhood associations and leaders.

A Chicago native, I relocated to Tucson in 1981 and began study of arid plants, ecology, climate, and terrain. This big city / small town mix, combined with education and travel, provides a broad skill set to design your outdoor living areas.
